Om Unplugged: A Step by Step Guided Meditation for Awakening & Self Realization

Om Unplugged A Step by Step Guided

Anyone can say “om” without much effort but “om” is much more than a two letters put together to make a sound when it comes to meditation and there is a way to do so as to truly place oneself in a state of peace and relaxation while opening their senses to what is going on with their mind, heart, and spirit.  One of the most recommended ways to learn how to truly meditate is by listening to an audio CD entitled “Om Unplugged: A Step by Step Guided Meditation for Awakening & Self Realization” which was released in 2010.

“Om Unplugged: A Step by Step Guided Meditation for Awakening & Self Realization” has received rave reviews and is considered the best yoga CD as it is used quite often by yogis during their yoga classes.  It is also a favorite of home practitioners of yoga and self-meditation and is ably taught by Victor Demko, a sage when it comes to meditation, who provides easily explained steps that need to be taken in order to get the right sound placement in one’s chakras and achieve true meditation.  Demko also has examples and assignments that are meant to further one’s learning.
